Meet Elizabeth Emmanuel, a young aspiring girl that is battling today’s current challenge to birth a bright future for herself.
Elizabeth lives at North bank, a suburb in Makurdi LGA, Nigeria. Her parents are separated so she lives with her grandma and Aunty.
At the age of 10, Elizabeth while attempting to lose someone’s her, mistakenly pierced her eyes with the metal she was using. De eye went blind immediately and affected the other eye due to lack of attention. This incident halted her academic pursuit but did not deter her hope and countenance.
Today Elizabeth has been offered provisional admission to go to Special school for the blind in Abuja. She needs our help. Her total bill is Two hundred and seventy thousand naira only (N270,000). So far a little fraction of that money has been raised so she needs our help.
